Return of goods is possible and very comfortable.

In case the product received is not as shown on the site, or if the goods are damaged or defective, please report the issue to support@onlinechemicals.com with all supporting documents attached to the email, such as the order copy, tax invoice, waybill, LR copy, product received images, and actual product images, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Immediate action will be taken for the same, and once the seller/supplier has checked and acknowledged the issue, the buyer may finalize whether new goods should be dispatched against the old order or if funds should be refunded.

The buyer will take the final decision on whether the goods are to be replaced or a refund is to be initiated.

Return of goods is accepted only if the goods are booked back within 3 days of delivery.

This refund policy is applicable only if the product is shipped back to us within 3 days of the goods being delivered.

The total bill amount will be initiated for refund within 5 to 7 working days to the source account.
